First up; I didn't write this! Just wanted to make that clear. :)

Gnarly's Speed on Demand is a bind writing utility that'll set you up with binds so when your Hero/Villain starts running the Sprint (or Prestige Sprint) power is toggled on and when you stop it's togged off again. Does the same for fly/hover; fly on when moving, hover on when stopped. I've used this program for a long time in CoH and it seems to have dropped off the face of the web now so I'm reuploading my copy here so it's available for anyone who wants it.
